Customer Service Representatives

Seeking 3-5 experience customer service representatives to be ‘the face of Rejjee’ as we expand world-wide.  Looking for experience in consumer-facing industries such as travel (preferred), banks, ecommerce, or comparable.  Must be highly proficient in multiple forms of communications especially managing direct customer engagement through a SaaS platform.  Ability to engage with customers who are experiencing heightened anxiety and find effective, calming resolutions.  Patience, outstanding written communication skills, and problem solving skills a must – direct telephone contact with customers will be minimal.

Online Travel Agent (OTA) experience helpful.

Virtual-assistants or independent travel agents welcome.  Must have your own equipment & high-speed connectivity to connect to cloud platform.

Seeking experienced director of marketing with travel industry experience to lead the development and quality-assurance of an emerging billion dollar global brand.  Ability to work with multiple third-party vendors to deliver fast, demonstrable results across multiple and expanding platforms including web, social media, email marketing, public relations, and guerrilla marketing.  Sufficient design skills to create advertising & public relations mock-ups.  Attention to detail a must.
