And because of his teaching about start-ups he’s written a book for them called Selling Innovation which was recently included in the Babson Entrepreneurship 2014 Forum. Rich was previously GM of EMEA Sales for L3 Technologies, and Senior Director of Marketing for Philips Healthcare.

He is a certified accessibility professional with over 20 years’ experience in UX design and front-end development. After a successful career as a creative director and founder of two web design firms, Claudio became an advocate and evangelist for digital accessibility and inclusion. He is a frequent public speaker on the subjects of usability and accessibility, and created workshops to develop more empathy and understanding in the UX community. Claudio is also a noted sculptor and artist and frequent participant at Art Basil.
